Manage or cancel a subscription
Plus and Pro are billed by Apple. You can change or cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Restore a purchase
Switched devices or reinstalled the App? Open Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases inside Winnings to restore an active plan or your Lifetime unlock.
Request a refund
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled through Apple rather than by us.
Privacy & your data
There’s no account and no tracking. Manage or delete your content right inside the App, or read the full Privacy Policy.
Common questions
A mode looks locked — why?
Some modes are part of the Plus or Pro plans. Confirm your subscription status in Settings → Subscription. If you’ve already purchased, tap Restore Purchases.
My draw data looks out of date
Open Settings → Refresh Historical Draws to pull the latest public draw history. If a live update isn’t available, Winnings falls back to the most recent cached or bundled data instead of blocking you.
Sharing or exporting didn’t work
Try a different format (for example, text instead of a file) or regenerate your picks and share again. Exports are created on your device.
A purchase isn’t showing up
Use Restore Purchases in Settings. Entitlements are provided by Apple’s StoreKit and may take a moment to refresh after a purchase or device change.
Does Winnings improve my chances of winning?
No. Winnings is for entertainment only. No mode predicts results or changes the official odds. Please play responsibly and only where it’s legal for you.
